Do You Wear Your Outside Clothes Inside? Or Change? Join the Debate

Do you change clothes the second you get home for the day? Ryan Seacrest shared on-air he doesn't like to stay in his "outside clothes" once he gets home for the day. Tanya added she takes it a step further and needs to wash the day off every night with a nightly shower.

So, is there any validity to this?

While you cannot avoid germs completely, taking your shoes off when you enter your house is likely the most helpful in preventing spreading dirt, germs and grime.

Your home is not sterile no matter how hard you try but the possibility of catching an illness or infection through your clothes is almost zero. That said, washing your hands when you get home is the best thing you can do.
