Three Words You Should Never Use to Describe Yourself on Your Job Resume

If you're preparing your resume for a job for the new year, there are actually some words you should leave out when you're describing yourself.

Ryan Seacrest shared the three words you should not include on your resume, job profiles online, or on your social media bio to try and attract potential employers.

These words are:

· INNOVATIVE

· MOTIVATED

· CREATIVE

These are probably the words you would automatically use because they sound professional and while they could be true, they sound too cliché and corny. They are fine if someone else is using these words to describe you, on a reference or referral for you, but not when you are describing yourself.
